What areas of the UAE does Maxtgc cover?

We are based in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, and serve the whole of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, KEZAD, Ruwais, ICAD and the surrounding emirates. If your site sits outside our standard coverage map, contact us and we can usually still arrange delivery.

What types of equipment can I rent from Maxtgc?

Do you offer both short-term and long-term rentals?

Yes. We support single-day hire through to multi-year contracts, with day rates for short-term needs and preferential pricing for weekly, monthly and long-term commitments.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Accepted Answer

Most equipment can be hired for as little as a single day. Some specialist heavy-lift and oversized-transport bookings may carry a minimum charge to cover mobilisation, which we will always confirm before you book.

Do I need to provide my own operator?

Accepted Answer

No, certified operators are available for every equipment category. If your team holds valid, in-date certification, self-drive and equipment-only hire is also available at a reduced rate.

Is your fleet regularly inspected and maintained?

Accepted Answer

Every machine follows a fixed maintenance and inspection schedule and is checked again immediately before dispatch. Inspection and load-test documentation is available on request for site safety officers.

Do you deliver equipment to site, or do I need to collect it?

Accepted Answer

We deliver and pick up at your site as standard across our coverage area. Delivery timing is scheduled around your access windows and confirmed before dispatch.

Can you handle oversized or abnormal load transport?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our transport team prepares oversized-load permits, plans routes around height and weight restrictions, and arranges escort vehicles where required, in-house rather than through a third party.

How does quoting and billing work?

Accepted Answer

Every quote is itemised in AED with equipment, operator, transport and any permit costs shown separately, so there are no surprise line items on the invoice. Long-term contracts are billed on agreed milestones or monthly cycles.

What happens if a machine breaks down during my rental period?

Accepted Answer

Rapid breakdown replacement is standard across our fleet. Call our 24/7 line and we will dispatch a replacement unit, prioritised ahead of standard bookings.
