The site is information, not a contract

Equipment ranges, response times, size guides and typical figures on this site are given in good faith to help you plan an enquiry. They are not an offer and are not part of any hire. Equipment availability, specification and timing are confirmed only in the written quotation and hire agreement we issue for a specific job, and that agreement governs the hire.

Typical crane figures such as boom length, working radius and outrigger footprint describe a capacity class, not the particular unit we send. Lifts are planned from the load chart of the actual crane.

Enquiries and quotations

Sending an enquiry through this site does not create a booking. A hire exists only when we have confirmed it in writing. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are based on the information you provide; if the load, site, dates or access conditions change, the quotation may change.

Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes connected with your own interest in our services. You may not use automated tools to send enquiries, attempt to interfere with the site's operation, or copy substantial parts of its content for publication elsewhere without our permission.

Content and trademarks

The text, images and design of this site belong to Maxtgc or its licensors. The Maxtgc name and logo are our marks. Third-party names on the site, such as equipment manufacturers or authorities, belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
