Maxtgc supplies forklifts to Dubai sites from its Abu Dhabi base, most often into Al Quoz, Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), Dubai Investment Park (DIP) and the industrial belt where warehousing, fit-out and light-manufacturing work runs alongside residential and commercial builds. Forklifts and telehandlers are delivered within 24 hours as standard, and the cross-emirate journey is planned into every booking rather than left to chance.

The fleet covers 3 to 25 tonnes, from pallet work in a JAFZA warehouse to heavy container unloading in a DIP yard, with rough-terrain forklifts for unfinished sites and telehandlers where goods have to be placed at reach. Certified operators are available on every booking, or self-drive for clients with licensed staff.

Because the forklift travels on a trailer, delivery times in Dubai are set around the truck movement restrictions on the city's main roads. Sharing the exact site address early lets us choose a route and arrival time that avoid a restricted window.

Typical forklift rental jobs in Dubai

  • Warehouse and container handling in JAFZA and DIP
  • Fit-out material moves for Al Quoz workshops and showrooms
  • Stock and pallet work for logistics operators across the industrial belt
  • Rough-terrain forklift support on unfinished construction sites
  • Long-term forklift contracts for multi-shift warehouse operations

What to plan for in Dubai

Truck movement restrictions

Dubai restricts trucks on several main roads during set hours, including a long daytime restriction on Sheikh Zayed Road, so a delivery to a site off a restricted road is routed around it or made at night. Check current rules with RTA before fixing a start time.

Free zone gate procedures

JAFZA and DIP facilities have their own vehicle and driver access rules. Tell us what your facility needs when you book, and we arrange it before the trailer leaves Abu Dhabi.

Loading bay limits

Podium and tower loading bays often have height limits. Give us the clearance at the entrance so the forklift we send actually fits through it.

The forklift rental fleet we send to Dubai

Diesel Forklifts

3–25 ton

Counterbalance diesel forklifts for warehouse handling, container stuffing and unloading, workshop moves and yard stacking.

Rough-Terrain Forklifts

Site & yard use

Forklifts built for unpaved yards, sand and construction sites where a warehouse forklift would bog down.

Side-Shift & Extended-Boom

On request

Side-shift carriages for precise placement in tight racking, and extended-boom variants for longer or awkward loads.

Telehandlers

Up to 17m reach

When the load has to go up or out rather than just across, a rough-terrain telehandler bridges forklift and crane work.
